How to get an accurate aluminium & glass quotation in the UAE
What to send us, drawings, measurements, photos and site details, so we can give you an accurate aluminium and glass quotation, fast.

The fastest way to get an accurate aluminium and glass quotation is to give us the same information a site engineer would want before pricing the job. Vague requests, such as "how much for windows", get vague answers. Specific ones get you a number you can actually plan around.
Why "just send me a price" does not work
Aluminium and glass work covers a huge range: a single shower screen, a full curtain wall facade, or a set of aluminium doors and windows for a villa. The cost depends on size, glass type and thickness, profile system, finish, access, and installation conditions, none of which we can judge from a one-line request.
What to send us
1. Drawings or a BOQ, if you have them
If an architect, consultant or contractor has already issued drawings or a bill of quantities (BOQ), send the PDF or CAD file. This is the fastest route to an accurate quotation, because it tells us exact sizes, quantities, and often the specification too.
2. Measurements, if you don't have drawings
No drawings? That's fine. Most villa and shop owners don't have them. Send an approximate width and height for each opening or area, and note the floor or level if it's a multi-storey building. Round numbers are fine at this stage; we confirm exact dimensions on a site visit before fabrication.
3. Photos of the site
A few photos of the opening, wall, or existing structure tell us a lot: what's there now, what needs to be removed, whether there's a step, ledge or slope, and what finish would match the surroundings. For glass partitions or facade work, a wider photo showing the whole wall or floor helps too.
4. Site access and building details
Tell us the building type (villa, office, retail, warehouse), how many floors, whether there's a service lift or crane access if the location is high up, and whether work needs to happen after hours or around an ongoing business. This affects how we plan installation, not just the price.
5. Your timeline
Let us know if there's a handover date, a fit-out deadline, or if this is more exploratory at this stage. It doesn't change the quotation itself, but it helps us plan the site survey and fabrication sequence.
Common things that slow a quotation down
- Only a total budget, no sizes — a budget alone doesn't tell us how much glass or aluminium is needed; we still need approximate dimensions.
- Photos with no scale reference — a photo of an opening next to a door or a tape measure is far more useful than a close-up with nothing to judge size against.
- Missing floor or unit numbers — in a multi-storey building, tell us which floor and unit each opening is on so nothing gets mixed up.
- Leaving out existing conditions — if there's an old window, door or partition to remove first, say so; it changes the site work involved.
What happens after you send this
We review what you've sent, and if anything is missing or unclear, we ask rather than guess. For most projects we then arrange a site visit to confirm exact measurements, structural fixing points, and site access, before issuing a firm quotation. For buildings already using aluminium and glass, this is also when we flag anything worth covering under ongoing maintenance.
Why a free quotation instead of a fixed price list
Aluminium and glass work is project-specific enough that a published price list would either be wrong for most jobs or padded enough that it isn't useful. A free quotation based on your actual drawings, measurements or photos gets you a number based on your project, not an average.
If you're a contractor or consultant, not a homeowner
The same principle applies at a larger scale. A BOQ with item-by-item quantities and a specification (glass type and thickness, aluminium profile, finish) gets you the fastest turnaround on a tender price. If the specification isn't finalised yet, tell us what's fixed and what's still open, so we can price the known scope and flag anything that depends on a decision still to be made.
One quotation now, or a phased one later
Some projects are priced in one go; others are phased, such as a shopfront now and an office fit-out later, or a villa built in stages. Let us know if that's the case, since it can affect how we sequence a site visit and whether measurements taken now will still apply later.
Send us what you have
You don't need everything on this list before you contact us. Even a few photos and rough measurements are enough to start. Request a free quotation or send your drawings, measurements or photos over WhatsApp, and we'll take it from there.
